These Community Guidelines outline the standards we expect from all members of our community. By using nabsta, you agree to follow these guidelines.

We prioritize the safety of our community. Follow our safety guidelines, report suspicious activity, and look out for one another.
Authenticity
Be yourself. Use real photos, provide accurate descriptions, and represent yourself honestly. Authenticity builds trust and leads to better transactions.
What We Encourage
Creating Great Listings
- Clear, honest descriptions: Accurately describe your items, including any flaws or wear.
- Quality photos: Use well-lit, clear photos that show the item from multiple angles.
- Fair pricing: Research comparable items and price yours competitively.
- Prompt responses: Reply to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Accurate categories: List items in the appropriate category for easy discovery.
Positive Interactions
- Be courteous: Use polite language in all communications.
- Be patient: Not everyone can respond immediately.
- Be flexible: Work with buyers/sellers to find mutually convenient arrangements.
- Honor commitments: If you agree to a price or meeting time, follow through.
- Leave honest reviews: Help the community by sharing your experiences.
Building Community
- Welcome new members and help them learn the ropes.
- Share tips and advice with fellow users.
- Report issues to help keep the community safe.
- Celebrate successful transactions and positive experiences.
What's Not Allowed
Prohibited Content
- Illegal items: Drugs, weapons, stolen goods, and other illegal items.
- Counterfeit goods: Fake or knockoff branded items.
- Adult content: Sexually explicit material or services.
- Hazardous materials: Items that pose safety risks.
- Recalled products: Items that have been recalled for safety reasons.
- Hate symbols: Items promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.

Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment: Threatening, bullying, or intimidating other users.
- Discrimination: Treating users differently based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
- Fraud: Scamming, deceiving, or misleading other users.
- Spam: Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake accounts.
- Price manipulation: Shill bidding or artificially inflating prices.
- Off-platform transactions: Encouraging users to complete transactions outside nabsta to avoid safety features.
Listing Violations
- Misleading descriptions: Inaccurate or deceptive item descriptions.
- Stolen photos: Using photos that aren't yours without permission.
- Bait and switch: Advertising one item but selling another.
- Duplicate listings: Posting the same item multiple times.
- Wrong category: Intentionally miscategorizing items.
Enforcement
How We Enforce Guidelines
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. When violations are detected, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning.
- Content removal: Listings or content that violate guidelines will be removed.
- Temporary suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension.
- Permanent ban: Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from nabsta.
- Legal action: In cases of illegal activity, we may report to law enforcement.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you can appeal by contacting us atnidrosoft@outlook.com. Please include:
- Your username
- Description of the action taken
- Why you believe it was incorrect
- Any supporting evidence
We review all appeals and will respond within 5 business days.
Reporting Violations
How to Report
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it:
- In-app: Tap the three dots (...) on any listing or profile and select "Report."
- Email: Send details to nidrosoft@outlook.com
What to Include
- Username of the person you're reporting
- Description of the violation
- Screenshots or other evidence (if available)
- Date and time of the incident
What Happens Next
Our team reviews all reports, typically within 24-48 hours. We may contact you for additional information. For privacy reasons, we can't always share the outcome of our investigation, but we take all reports seriously.
